Participants who wish to receive a record of achievement must complete an academic course assessment to demonstrate the obtained ability level. This proof of performance may take one of, or a combination of the following forms:

• written examination  and/or
• oral examination and/or
• a learning portfolio created during the course

The form of assessment will be set by the instructors before the start of the course.

Participants may also choose to complete the course pass/fail. This must also be determined and communicated to the instructors at the start of the course.
